No-contact play

Tackling, blocking, and screening are prohibited. Instead, players wear flags that defenders must pull to end a play.

No-run zones

Located five yards before each goal line and midfield; teams must pass in these areas.

Downs

Teams have four downs to cross midfield and, once achieved, three downs to score a touchdown.

Dead ball situations

Occur when the ball touches the ground, a flag is pulled, a player steps out of bounds, or an incomplete pass.

Player Equipment

Team Jersey Kit + Approved flag football belts provided to each player

Team Equipment

Game balls, Team handbooks, and other necessary gear, will be provided to each team

First Aid

First aid kit available at each game

Game Details

40 minute games

20 minute per half

5 minute halftime

Regulation flag football rules

Co-Ed teams will be formed based on registered players, ensuring even numbers per team.

Head Coach – Trained on league rules, first aid.

Assistant Coaches – Available if needed for each team
